Exercise 13.2

The diagram shows the forces acting on a rectangular lamina. They all lie in the same plane. Find the total moment on the lamina about the corner A.

Exercise 13.3

A lever, of length 1.5 m, is pivoted at one end. A force of magnitude 80 N acts at the other end of the lever. The angle between the lever and the force is 60\displaystyle {}^\circ . Find the moment of this force about the pivot.
