The horisontal component \displaystyle H of the 5000 N force is

\displaystyle H=5000\cos {{25}^{\circ }}=4531\ \text{N}

The maximum friction is \displaystyle \mu R=0.3\times 2787=836\ \text{N}

This is less then \displaystyle H. Thus the maximum friction \displaystyle 836\ \text{N} will come into play.
