(We only remark on a fault the first time it occurs.)
- All displayed math formulas should be indented.
- Why use a capital V?
- The inline maths formula \displaystyle \frac{\pi}{2} should be written in slashed form \displaystyle \pi/2 to make it blend in more with the text.
- To include a figure is often a good idea, but don't be sloppy.
- A non-numeric fraction should not be written as a small upright fraction \displaystyle \textstyle\frac{\pi}{2}. In a displayed maths formula it is written as a tall upright fraction \displaystyle \frac{\pi}{2}, while in text it should be written in slashed form \displaystyle \pi/2.
- Reread what you write to make sure it makes sense. This sentence doesn't come out right.
- Don't use * as a multiplication sign. In this case the multiplication sign should be omitted.
- This is the full solution of the equation. Why not write that. You should probably also explain the parameter \displaystyle n.
